Shrimp Shumai

We all should thank the Vietnamese for giving us this cracker of dish – the Shrimp Shumai. These are small juicy shrimp and cool crispy vegetables wrapped almost like a gift to gods. A bite sized steamed snack, our Shrimp Shumai will result in an explosion of flavors in your mouth with just that one bite. So do you dare to have a party in your mouth?

Ingredients :Surimi (Fish, Sugar, Egg white powder, E451i, E450iii, Dough- Wheat flour, Salt, Water, Yellow colour (E102, E110), Shrimp, Yam bean, Bamboo shoot, Water, Spring onion, Modified Tapioca starch, Tapioca flour, Sugar, Salt, Ginger, Palm oil, Sesame oil, Vegetable powder (Sugar, Salt, Soybean, Wheat, Water), White pepper.
Allergen :Fish, Egg Shrimp, Sesame, Soybean, Wheat.
Cooking Instruction :Steamed from frozen. Cook in steamer for 6-8 minutes or until hot.
Storage :Keep frozen -18°C (0˙F) or below.
