Instructions
  1. Cook the squid with water salt and turmeric for 5 mins. Stop the flame when squid starts to get hardened then cut the squids into rings.
  2. Now, let’s dry roast the chilli, coriander and fennel powder on a pan for 2 mins.
  3. Next heat the flame on a saucepan put 2 TBSP, add the garlic, ginger, sliced onion, chilli. Fry it till the onion gets light brown colour and add curry leaves.
  4. It’s time to add the tomatoes and salt as per taste. Cook it until it becomes soft and, then add the roasted masala. Mix well and cook it for 2 mins.
  5. Add the squids to the masala and mix well. Roast for 10- 12 mins by adding little water in between. Add the ground pepper. Switch off the flame.
  6. Enjoy the squid roast...!!!
