We deliver across Dubai. Delivery routes to other emirates are being mapped and will be serviceable soon.
To ensure that you always receive the freshest products, our purchases are timed early morning during the local fish arrival/landing. Order before 10:00 pm for next day delivery between 8:00 am -12:30 pm
We have a minimum order of 30 AED, failing which a moderate delivery charge would be levied.
We procure and deliver fish on the same day and do not store them or keep them overnight. So, it’s as fresh as you can get. It also goes through Quality assessment by our Quality Controller ensuring that only the best quality fish is delivered to you.
We deliver the freshest seafood using temperature-controlled delivery vehicles and make sure we meet the guidelines of maintaining a 0-5°C temperature while transporting, storing and delivering perishable goods.
If you are unable to receive the delivery as per communicated time, kindly intimate our customer service when they contact you after order placement to reconfirm delivery time and delivery location. In case of inability to receive delivery, In the event that you are absent at the time of delivery, we will ship you the order at a time convenient to you at an additional delivery charge.
In case of unavailability of fish order placement, you will be informed and asked if the order needs to be canceled or delivered next day.
To avail our Express Delivery option, an addition AED 10 would be levied, and the order will be delivered within three hours. This facility is available for selected items only and the cut off time to place express delivery order is 4:00pm.
To make your shopping experience more fun, you can now earn reward points which can be later redeemed during purchase. The reward point will continuously be updated and can be checked in your Fresh Catch profile.
Dealing with highly perishable products such as seafood has ensured that stringent quality measures are in place from sourcing to transportation to delivery till doorstep. The customer is obligated to reconfirm freshness and quality at the delivery. In case of any dispute, immediately return. If the customer receives the order and is satisfied with the order but later is unsatisfied with quality, Fresh Catch cannot be held responsible as product handling upon receiving order can result in quality deterioration. No returns will be accepted at this point of time.
As orders are dispatched by 8:00 am, any cancellation should be done before 7:00 am.
