We do not accept returns unless
- the product you purchased is defective,
- wrong product is sent,
- product was spoiled during shipment.
Upon receiving the delivery, kindly verify the quality and freshness of the product and only accept the delivery if you are 100% satisfied with the quality and freshness of the products purchased. You can return the order right away with the delivery person if you find it defective. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card (applicable if you have made payment online).
Dealing with highly perishable products such as seafood has ensured that stringent quality measures are in place from sourcing to transportation to delivery till doorstep. The customer is obligated to reconfirm freshness and quality at the delivery. In case of any dispute, immediately return. If the customer receives the order and is satisfied with the order but at later date is unsatisfied with quality, Fresh Catch cannot be held responsible as product handling upon receiving order can result in quality deterioration. No returns or refunds will be accepted at this point of time.
All orders are processed and sent for purchase and shipment as soon they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
As orders are dispatched by 8:00 am, any cancellation should be done before 7:00 am for 0 AED cancellation fee.
If you cancel your order AFTER 7:00 am it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY (for reasons not specified in the refund policy) will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee from the total amount of your order.
