Frozen Raw Filo Pastry Vannamei Shrimps Roll processed from a mixture of 50% Shrimps & 50% Filo Pastry

Please do not defrost product. Preheat oil to 165-170°C then deep fry frozen product for time 4.5minutes 5.0 minutes or until golden brown when the core temperature 80°C. Carefully remove shrimp and place on paper towel to cool for a minute then serve.
