Frozen Raw Shrimps Ball

Frozen Raw Vannamei Shrimps processed from a mixture of Ball, 50% Shrimp meat & 50% Breaded.

Please do not defrost product. Preheat oil to 165-170°C then deep fry frozen product for time 4.5minutes - 5.0minutes or until golden brown when the core temperature 80°C . Carefully remove shrimp and place on paper towel to cool for a minute then serve.
