Frozen Raw Kataifi Shrimp

Frozen Raw Kataifi Vannamei Shrimp processed from a mixture of 50% Shrimps & 50% Kataifi

Please do not defrost product. Preheat oil to 165 - 170°C then deep fry frozen product for time 2.5 minutes 3.0 minutes or until golden brown when the core temperature 80°C . Carefully remove shrimp and place on paper towel to cool for a minute then serve.
