Frozen Pre-Fried Shrimps Roll

Frozen Pre-Fried Vannamei Shrimps Roll processed from a mixture of 60% Shrimp mixed with spice and vegetable & 40% Filo Pastry.

Please do not defrost product. Preheat oil to 165 - 170°C then deep fry frozen product for time 5 minutes - 5.5 minutes or until golden brown when the core temperature 80°C. Carefully remove shrimp and place on paper towel to cool for a minute then serve.
