Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Stir cilantro and garlic
into the melted butter; cook about 1/2 minutes.
Season FRESH catfish fillets with salt and black pepper; lay gently into the butter mixture.
Place the pan on the gas, cook fillets for 10 mins, turn, and continue cooking until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is lightly browned, about 10 mins more. Squeeze lemon juice on it and enjoy the delicious taste.
